The "U.T.100-B model" is an automatic leather packaging system that can automate processes from mixing to packaging. The process, which traditionally involved folding and punching on a board and manually feeding into the packaging machine, is now performed on a conveyor with high surface strength, where it is removed from the conveyor using a shutter device. The removed raw leather is transported on the conveyor and automatically supplied to the packaging machine, packaging approximately 1500 to 3000 packs per hour at maximum.
